Initial consultation

At this initial meeting we aim to discuss the clients outline requirements, we also explain the ways in which we can help the achieve their requirements. We can give approximate design fees for the proposed works.

Upon instruction we take a full design brief including expectations/requirements for the space including any constraints, timescales & budgets

Initial design proposals

From here we outline ideas & preliminary costings are discussed in response to research carried out from the design brief.

Finalised design proposals

More detailed proposals including CAD drawings if appropriate are discussed with any amendments made. Itemised specifications and estimates including estimates for project management work are presented and discussed. Work is booked in and all the ordering of materials and fittings is undertaken. Trades people are instructed and supervised by the assigned project manager who will deal with any queries which arise. Regular progress updates are given by the project manager.
